Every session is conducted by a fully qualified, registered practitioner who has completed advanced postgraduate (Level 7) clinical training. Our clinicians are all members of recognised professional bodies (such as the BACP, BPC, or UKCP) and maintain full professional accreditation while working towards senior-tier status.
This ensures you receive the highest standard of support and ethical oversight at a rate that reflects our commitment to accessible, long-term psychotherapy.

How it works
1. Initial Triage: You will have a brief 15-minute phone call with our Lead Psychotherapist to ensure we are the right fit for you.
2. Matching: We match you with an Associate Clinician based on your availability and specific concerns.
3. Consistency: You meet with the same therapist at the same time each week for as long as the work is helpful.
Note on Suitability: We work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, or relational patterns in a private practice setting. It is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate distress, please contact your GP or local A&E.
